Many spokky Tuesdays ago, we had a Training Night at Warspite, but it wasn't your usual Training Night. It was a Halloween party Training Night! Full of music, games and, of course, candy. People could dress up in Cadet-appropriate costumes and try to reap the prizes of different games and contests. This article will cover it all, so hold onto your candy as we knock into into Warspite's very own Halloween Party of 2024!

Cadets got an opportunity to dance to Halloween-themed music. Cadets are pictured above dancing in the Ship. (24-10-29).

Cadets dressed up in a variety of costumes, like MC Le Bars, who dressed up as a hot dog. LC LeBars is pictured above at the Halloween Party in his costume, a hot dog. (24-10-20).

They played a game to see who could wrap someone in toilet paper the fastest. Cadet Eidt is seen above wrapped in Toilet Paper for the game at the Halloween Party (24-10-29).

Cadets got a chance to play a game where they tried to throw a witch hat on top of a cone for points. Cadets are photographed above trying to throw a witch hat on top of a cone at the Halloween Party (24-10-29).

Cadets got to eat pizza for stand-easy! Cadets are photographed above lining up for pizza at the Halloween Party (24-10-29). I want to reach for that slice of pizza :(

Of course, you can't have a proper Halloween Party without a costume contest. Cadets were given the chance to show off their costumes in front of a crowd and judges (Senior Cadets), the best person won a prize, which you will know about later. A Cadet is photographed above showing off his costume for the Halloween Party Costume Contest (24-10-29).

Cadets could line up to fill bags of candy. You wouldn't have even needed to go trick-or-treating in 2024! Just kidding, but you really should... No, Drill is not suitable for Halloween, Rovskiy. Cadets are pictured above collecting delicious treats at the Halloween Party (24-10-29). CANDY?, CANDY!, I CAN EAT CANDY!? Oh, wait that's a picture :(

It was the Lavigne's Birthday, so we all sang Happy Birthday to them. CPOC2 Lavigne (left) & POC1 Lavigne (right) are photographed above at the Halloween Party (24-10-29). Happy belated birthday, Chief and PO!

And that sums up the recap of the Warspite Halloween Party of 2024. Candy, games, food and costumes, you name it, were there. For all of the Cadets who took the extra time to dress up and attend, thank you for continuing the Halloween spirit. Give a round of applause to the Senior Cadets and Officers who planned and organised this event, it couldn't have happened without you! Happy late Halloween to all reading; Keep eating that Halloween candy until the next one!
